What a disaster! I asked for balayage, but my hair is a mess. The color is uneven, chunks are missed, and it's clear the stylist didn't pay attention. It's been two years since my last appointment, and I'm so disappointed. Also, I was charged more for the haircut without any explanation. The owner only reached out two weeks later to offer a partial refund.
