The jewellery here is a total disappointment. It seems more suitable for photoshoots than actual wear. I'm appalled by the rings I purchased as the diamantes have all fallen out due to poor craftsmanship. The quality on display is subpar and unsellable.
Visited Lovisa at Westfield mall for piercings with my daughter. The staff were incredibly caring and kind. I got cartilage piercings while my daughter got her nose pierced. A week later, when she accidentally dislodged her piercing, they reinserted it for her with kindness and understanding.
