Terrible service here, Kiwis don't appreciate staff chattering in their own language, clearly gossiping about customers. It's disrespectful, especially when we're paying. We had a bad encounter with a rude young bloke who made us feel unwelcome by ignoring us multiple times. Train your staff to focus on customers, it would create a more pleasant atmosphere.
