I purchased some makeup from Mac, visited the Riccarton Westfield store today, no acknowledgment received. Person unpacking behind the counter didn't even glance up. Another person assisting a customer could have greeted me, offered help. Spent five minutes browsing, then departed. Unwilling to spend $200+ in a store with subpar service. Will switch brands, won't return!
Visited Mac Riccarton to find a light coverage foundation shade, and the kind lady assisted me in finding the perfect match!! She expertly matched the shade to my skin tone and shared tips on adjusting coverage. Also recommended a stunning lipstick that is now my favorite!! Exceptional customer service, felt warmly welcomed, that lady is a valuable asset to the team!! Definitely coming back!!
