Jess is absolutely top-notch! I've been a loyal customer for years, and she is the only barber in Auckland who truly grasps your vision, brings it to life, and exceeds your expectations every single time. P.S. She's also incredibly cool.
I've been a regular here for nearly 2 years now, and when I first relocated to Auckland, I was anxious about finding a barber as skilled as the one I had in Dunedin. But lo and behold, I not only found a great barber, but one who surpasses my expectations! Ben has been fantastic over the past few years! We always have engaging conversations, and he intuitively knows my preferences. Ben has never disappointed me, and on the rare occasion he's away, Jess also does an excellent job. Plus, even when I've forgotten my wallet, they still cut my hair and allow me to return to settle the bill. Such a considerate and truly amazing team at Gents. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
