I'm deeply dissatisfied with the service at this store. I was double-charged and left empty-handed. I received notifications of two withdrawals from my account, one with Afterpay and another with regular EFTPOS. The lady assisting me blamed me and refused to help or rectify the situation. Improve your staff or train them on basic decency because this was unacceptable. You've lost a loyal customer.

In just a few minutes, Jess dispelled my unease. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. She effortlessly provided answers and recommendations without hesitation, showing a deep understanding of the products. She was thorough, considerate, and spent ample time explaining everything to me. Unlike other stores where I often feel rushed, Jess took the time to ensure I was getting the best products for my needs. Her genuine enjoyment of her job and dedication to helping me were evident, and I truly valued that. She gave me samples to try, and after just one use, my skin already feels cleaner. Even if these products don't work out, I will definitely return for more advice from Jess, as her service was unparalleled. This was, hands down, the best retail service I've ever experienced.
