I had an absolutely fantastic experience having my nails beautifully done by Alex. They were incredibly kind and enthusiastic about bringing my nail design visions to reality. Their salon had such a serene atmosphere, and I really wish I had discovered them sooner. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation! <3
Last week, I went to get my nails done, and by Sunday, most of them were peeling at the base. I contacted the salon for assistance, and the individual I spoke to requested photos. When I inquired about where to send the pictures, they informed me that I needed to return to the salon for a fix. I drove back for 20 minutes only to leave without any resolution - no refund, no fix. I then reached out on Instagram to address the issue, but received no response. The individual was dismissive of my concerns, choosing to argue rather than listen. They even resorted to using their status as a young parent in need of money against me, which was inappropriate. Furthermore, they attempted to embarrass me in front of another customer. When asked to photograph my nails, they provided no explanation, which was concerning.
