Brittney Tanner was truly excited to experience the Indulge Package but ended up feeling utterly disappointed. Despite months of trying to book an appointment, she was only offered a facial upon arrival. Her tea and seat were given away, and she was given a gift voucher instead of the full package she had originally been gifted. Brittney has decided not to return due to the lackluster service and inability to secure bookings. A once-thoughtful gift turned into a letdown.
I was given the Energise Spa Package at Nicola Quinn as a birthday gift, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, and my skilled beauty therapist provided excellent service, engaging in pleasant conversation and knowing when I needed to relax. After the treatments, I was treated to a delicious platter. A visit to Nicola Quinn is a must for a wonderful experience. Thank you for such a lovely time!
