I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't resist giving this place a glowing 5-star review and recommendation. My child and I were treated to the most relaxing, luxurious pampering session we've ever experienced in a salon. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by cheerful, friendly, and skilled hair stylists who provided a thorough consultation, served us delightful hot beverages on a chilly winter day, and then worked their magic on our hair. It was evident from the start that these women operate as a cohesive team, showcasing their professionalism throughout. We spent a good 2-3 hours there, opting for a global colour package and a foils package, which we found to be worth every penny, especially after seeing the fantastic results. What truly set these professionals apart for me was their meticulous approach in selecting the requested colour, foil placement, hair cutting, the heavenly scalp massage, and the valuable advice and recommendations they shared with me when I inquired about repairing my hair (which had suffered damage from a quick transition from blonde to brunette and improper daily product usage). Nearly two weeks post my salon visit, my hair has never felt and looked healthier, all thanks to the care provided by these women and the high-quality salon products they suggested. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they carry out their work with grace, ensuring their clients feel great. I observed that their exceptional treatment extended to every client present during our visit. Additionally, these women coordinated our appointments to allow us to get our hair done simultaneously. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful women at this salon for making us feel valued and giving us beautiful, healthy hair. I will definitely be returning as a loyal client x
