I've had a few cuts here, and the barber does great work quickly. Good prices. Definitely recommend this place.
I visited this place for my hair coloring and the person named Rosabel was supposed to see me at 11:10 appointment, but she didn't show up until 12. She made excuses and I ended up not getting anything done there☹️. Worst experience ever!! Taking more appointments without having trained staff and just wasting people's time. Not professional. Won't recommend this salon to anyone! As an employee or owner, you may try to justify in your response to this post. But as a customer, it's a complete letdown. I've lived in New Zealand for over 10 years and been to many salons, but this level of customer service is a first-time experience. Better to improve yourself rather than justifying your mistakes for a better future!!
