Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive. They do look nice, though.
The lasses did a FANTASTIC job today removing my acrylics and giving me a pedicure and manicure. Absolutely thrilled! They squeezed me in last minute, so appreciative! Would highly recommend!
Would not advise, pricey for what you receive. Four different folks worked on my mani-pedi and top coat applied all over nails. Also, they did not accept EFTPOS, had to go fetch cash which incurred a $5 fee, could have informed beforehand, and charged extra for soaking my feet in water even though it felt rushed. It's better to consult the customer first on their preferences. The photos don't look great, doesn't seem like I just had a good pedicure or nails done.
