I wish there was a zero-star rating option ☹️. A truly unpleasant and terrible experience. I had hoped for relaxation but left feeling stressed and frustrated. I could have saved my money and done my nails myself. I will not be returning!!! ⚠️
Visited this salon yesterday for a pedicure, advertised at $45... what a deal, only to find out it cost an extra $5 to remove gel nail polish. The technician I had was not gentle, did not exfoliate my skin like the person next to me, nor did they offer a leg massage like the person beside me. The service was inconsistent among staff. This establishment lacks professionalism; some employees lack customer service skills and seem solely focused on making money quickly. A spa should be a place of tranquility. I should have opted for the neighboring salon. I will not return!
Visited today with my sister-in-law for a manicure, and we will not be back. I do not recommend this salon. The nail technicians were too rough, and some of my nails actually split and broke afterwards. 😔 Nail filing should be done in one direction only, not back and forth; this is extremely poor nail care, and they need to improve their techniques. They treated both my sister-in-law and me this way. 💔
