I’ve been residing in New Zealand for the last decade and never found a hairdresser who could handle my thick dark hair. Every time I went to a salon, I was let down until I discovered Ioana at Revive. She is highly skilled, a top-notch professional, and most importantly, she respects and understands the client's wishes. I came in with a terrible haircut and neglected hair, and she truly transformed it to my liking. She gave me great advice for the best results. Wouldn't swap her for anything, highly recommend her. My 89 year old mum had a perm here. The stylist was untrained and unsupervised. Mum's jersey and top were soaked in perm solution!! My girl had to rinse her jersey in the sink and dry it. Mum wasn't even offered a drink in the 3 hours. Her hair wasn't cut after the perm. Very let down by the whole process, ruined the experience for mum!!! I've had a cut here and it was good. Would NOT suggest a perm here!!!
