Brittney Tanner was truly excited to experience the Indulge Package but ended up feeling utterly disappointed. Despite months of trying to book an appointment, she was only offered a facial upon arrival. Her tea and seat were given away, and she was given a gift voucher instead of the full package she had originally been gifted.
