Elsie was marvelous with my children, one of whom is 5, very reserved and it was his first custom-made outfit (I had been attempting but I confess I'm quite useless). I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing.
