I'm granting 3 stars as I received a refund during a bustling time of year. Otherwise, my rating would be lower.
My pitbull shaver malfunctioned, and upon returning it for a replacement, the initial customer service was lacking. However, the assistant manager provided exceptional assistance, and I was offered an upgrade at a discounted price. Impressed with the service and outcome.
Just visited the Riccarton Mall store and had an unpleasant encounter. As an elderly individual needing help with understanding the shaver, the assistant's rapid demonstration left me confused. When I requested a slower explanation, he became agitated, accusing me of being angry and questioning my comprehension. Despite my attempts to clarify, he continued to speak over me. Eventually, the manager intervened and kindly offered to assist, but the experience had already left me too distressed and bewildered to continue.
