Eileen was fantastic, love my hair! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her station was spotless. However, the salon itself was quite messy, with scattered hair from various clients. I was the sole customer for over two hours. I highly suggest booking with Eileen - she's exceptional. Nonetheless, someone should ensure the salon is cleaned regularly.
Eileen provides exceptional customer service. Today marked my second visit for a hair appointment with her, and she consistently demonstrates kindness and flexibility. I wholeheartedly recommend her. If I could award more stars, I would. 10/10
A male team member displayed rudeness. When I entered to purchase hair products, there was no greeting. I lingered for about 10 minutes to access a product from a locked case. When I inquired about the difference between two shampoos, the response was, "umm, one is a conditioner," which was incorrect. Neither of the staff members I interacted with seemed knowledgeable about the products. However, the lady who assisted me was much more pleasant and engaging. It would have been preferable to feel assured in their product expertise. This was disappointing, as the staff at the Palms branch are exceptionally friendly and well-informed.
