Absolutely love this store. I discovered this store about 3 years ago and is always a destination when I visit Auckland. Highly recommend. Customer service exceptional. Staff are experienced, know their stuff and really listen to my needs. There is constant review of how teas and tonics are working. The product line is vast and always of high quality. My online orders are always filled and arrive swiftly. Thanks guys!
Wow wow wow December the week before Christmas, my Mum places an order yesterday morning it arrived this morning overnight is not normal for here we live rural. Thankyou for very fast efficient service Mum also stated to me that they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. Merry Christmas hope you all have a nice break!!!
Friendly and welcoming place but as soon as I went into ask for advice, I was spoken to in a very unpleasant way. I found them to be judgmental and rude. Taking no notice of my concerns around pharmaceutical medicines. Definitely won't be back which is a shame as I've heard good reviews about them. Hopefully, in the future you will speak to your customers in a more pleasing way.
