I adore The Well Studio. It's such a fantastic place for exercising, with the amazing PT Alaina. I'm constantly pushed and encouraged to enhance my strength and fitness levels. It's more than just a gym. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Thank you Jen for establishing The Well and providing everything necessary for good health and wellness all in one place.
My favorite spot for body and mind. Fantastic facility and you can find an amazing PT. A serene gym where everyone seamlessly works together. The gear is user-friendly and so adaptable. Never a dull moment or missed opportunity for a workout. Convincing myself to go to a Gym at my age of 50+ was a task! Now, I never want to leave! Partnering up with my significant other for a 1-hour session with a PT every week is a blast. It's challenging, filled with love (especially when we get competitive!), and prepares us well for our adventure racing and multi-sport events.
The group Pilates at The Well is absolutely fantastic. Jen and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. After attending sessions twice a week for 4 months, my posture has significantly improved. I've also noticed a remarkable difference in my skiing and snowboarding this season - I feel much stronger and don't experience muscle fatigue like last year. Exercising in the atrium space at the tannery is delightful. Thank you Jen, I'm a forever fan! Bella
