Neil was fantastic. He squeezed me in last minute on Christmas Day and was very accommodating to my back problem, offering excellent follow-up advice as I was passing through town. Great communication and he's just an all-round top bloke. After 2 sessions, my completely stiff back now has improved mobility.
Neil was outstanding! I arrived with achy legs from a lot of tramping and he got me ready for the race in a very welcoming, professional, and efficient manner. I was also surprised by how quickly he pinpointed some body imbalances and provided me with exercises to help. I'd be a regular if I lived in Auckland.
Neil is a top-notch masseur, who really knows his stuff. He exudes a calming and friendly vibe, instantly putting you at ease. Having recently relocated to Wellington, it's wonderful to discover someone so skilled - my back and shoulders are feeling much better. Would recommend to anyone. Cheers Neil.
