Been visiting Rachel since 2020. Initially had blonde balayage, she nailed it. Even styled it before a wedding. Works with my curls perfectly. Recently went copper, Rach nailed it again, perfect colour. Copper’s not easy! Super knowledgeable with curls, even cuts my boys’ hair! Won’t go anywhere else. Great experience with Malia too - destined for success! ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Brittany is incredible. Done my hair multiple times, love it every time. Highly recommend.
Disappointed. Strand test done before balayage, agreed on colour. Twice couldn't achieve agreed colour. 2 days before third appointment, after confirmation emails, called saying not sure if they can achieve it. Appreciate honesty (third time) before paying for toner, hence two stars. Super disappointing, promised satisfactory result initially, now unsure if they can do it. Maybe pay for another highlight? Do not recommend.
