Highly recommended! Absolutely amazing Thai combined hot stone massage with great value! Best I have ever had! Relaxing and unwind! Friendly staff, modern clean newly renovated studio, central Queenstown location near fresh choice with free convenient parking!
My partner had arranged for me to have 2 1/2 hours of Thai massage, facial, and reflexology. The therapist massaged me for the entire 2 1/2 hours, attempted to do a facial that was not pleasant at all. The cleanser felt as thick as foot cream and stung my skin, her technique was terrible….all fingertips….as a beauty therapist myself I can say it was the worst facial massage I’ve ever had, so I had to request her to stop with the facial. There was no reflexology treatment. My partner paid in advance when he booked online $360. TOTAL RIP OFF!! I wish I had demanded a refund but I just wanted to get out of there. They need to tidy up the salon it’s a total mess. I wish I had taken a photo of the reception because the walls and rug covering the carpet look like they needed a serious scrub. The hallway had a crockpot possibly full with hot stones that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Wax all over the carpet. No organization in the treatment room. Had a bowl of old dried up flowers that I had to stare at under the massage bed that looked terrible. No heater on … it was a cold day…so I was freezing as I was in my underwear with a light blanket on. There was a lot of noise from whoever else is inside the building, seems like maybe a family is living there, not very relaxing at all. 🤦🏼♀️ I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to know about this place.
