We just completed the Fiordland Track and West Coast Wilderness Trail and could not fault the service of Kiwi Expeditions. Incredibly responsive, professional, and a very well-organized company. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and supportive. The logistics of moving our gear each day were flawless, the digital schedule was superb, the bikes were top-notch, the lodging and dinner arrangements were exceptional. 20/10 would highly recommend!
We tackled the Fiordland Great Walk with Kiwi Expeditions on e-bikes. The service was exceptional, Alex was extremely friendly and informative, giving us a clear picture of what to expect for the day, and the ride was phenomenal. The convenient location of the Kiwi Expeditions hub in Te Anau made it effortless to return to at the end of the day. The bikes looked brand new, well-kept, and handled the terrain beautifully. I would highly recommend this team!
We reserved the Kepler Track self-guided tour with the shuttle to Te Anau in the morning and had an incredible day! We opted for regular bikes instead of e-bikes and it was a challenging but rewarding ride! We made pit stops at the lakeside cafe and the local winery for meals. I would suggest booking this with Kiwi Expeditions to anyone exploring New Zealand!
