No stock ever, staff lack product knowledge. Certain items have been out of stock for months. Shelves filled with empty boxes. Prefer to drive to Wānaka or QT than shop here. Other customers have also complained about the lack of stock. Cromwell Mitre 10 humorously referred to as Mitre 5. Disappointing.
Really helpful and friendly team. Despite the limited stock, they always give their best. Mitre10 Cromwell is renowned for its lack of inventory, even locals joke about it, which is a shame. Management should consider this more.
We have a good local store here, with a decent range for a smaller community.
