Upon retiring to bed last night feeling under the weather and waking up with a scratchy throat. I informed Kiara Stone I was unwell and needed to call off the appointment didn't want to spread my bugs - as I knew some staff are expecting. They informed me that they will cancel the appointment (by text) and next time I visit them they will levy me a $90 late cancellation. When I messaged them back (by text) and expressed my preference to not cancel the appointment due to the fee - I received no response.
