Visited to purchase chips, only to find several items unavailable. Interaction with the lone staff member, a teenage boy, was less than welcoming. The cleanliness of the counter and tables was commendable, but the dusty windows and scraps on the floor were off-putting. The limited seating area is not suitable for large gatherings. Attempted to apply for a job online but encountered unnecessary complications, including providing excessive personal identification. The process felt more like applying for a government position than a fast-food job.
The 10-piece bucket was divine. Kudos to the night cook on Monday, 13th May 2024. Cooked to perfection, the potato and gravy were exceptional. The prep person deserves a raise for the smooth gravy and generous potato servings. Keep it up, team. The hot chips were also delicious, just a tad more generous with the chicken salt would be perfect.
Absolutely appalled by the service. Discovered limited options left at 6 pm. Despite repeated requests to exclude mayo, our order arrived smothered in it. Returned for a correction, only to be served with even more mayo. Unbelievable. Received a refund, but never setting foot in there again. Would suggest licking the pavement instead.
