Dargaville Hospital

Completely devastated by the outcome of my mother's hospital stay. No improvement. The healthcare providers are incompetent!! The bias and criticism were appalling. The only silver lining was the caring nurses. If you are unwell or in pain, seek treatment elsewhere.

My mother recently collapsed and was rushed to Waitangi Hospital and the care was outstanding from beginning to end, including doctors, nurses, and all staff. Mum spent the night and our whānau were kept informed of test results and mum's progress. I called in the evening and the nurses allowed mum to talk to us on the phone. She felt special and it eased our worries.

Always cheerful staff / customer service The nurses are consistently helpful, welcoming, and at the top of their game - they know almost all of us personally, a fantastic team indeed! Our doctors are 'awesome', dedicated long-term professionals, always courteous, always exceptional...thank you team, very proud of our medical centre indeed! Nga mihi nui ki a koutou
