This was my first time having wax and it was so easy!

My mother is visiting me and needed to find somewhere to get a manicure, pedicure and massage. I found Admire Beauty through Google Maps and read the positive reviews. So I contacted Sam and booked an appointment for my mother. I also reconfirmed a few days before by email. My mother just finished and relayed her experience to me. Admire is located in Sam’s home, which is not a problem at all, but worth mentioning. Sam rushed through everything. She didn’t trim my mother's cuticles properly and forgot to apply acetone to remove the gel polish; she had to file it off instead. She was rushing because she had another client waiting. She also forgot about the massage, so that never happened. Finally, her phone battery died so she couldn’t accept EFTPOS. I had to pick my mother up (waiting outside in the cold) and find an ATM so she could go back and pay in cash. The only positive was that Sam was very apologetic about the situation and gave my mother a substantial discount. My mother felt bad writing a review, but I wanted to share her honest experiences, so that others could decide whether they wanted to book an appointment here or not.
