The physiotherapist came off as more of a know-it-all than someone actively trying to help lol. I wasted $50 because he was supposedly "amazing," only to return to my original physio a week later, who fixed the issue on the same day 🤷. It all seemed rather pointless lol...
I signed up for the Antenatal Pilates, submitted my screening forms and arrived ahead of schedule as requested. However, my visit to this venue fell short in terms of professionalism. Upon arrival, I witnessed staff members enjoying snacks and tea while interacting with clients. When I inquired about any necessary preparations before the appointment (assuming there was a reason for the early arrival), they appeared clueless. The instructor I met didn't know the location of the completed questionnaire / screening documents and showed little interest in addressing my concerns as a client. It's also important to note that the Antenatal Pilates classes here are not led by qualified physiotherapists. In conclusion, the overall lack of professionalism prompted me to leave, and I found the experience quite disappointing.
I was extremely pleased with my treatment. I would gladly avail of their services again.
