Wasn't too thrilled with my visit and the outcome. It was all over in a quick 20 minutes and I felt rushed in and out. Coming out of lockdown, I was hoping for a more relaxed, pleasant experience rather than a hurried, impersonal job. The stylist didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. No questions about the type of cut I desired (wet, dry, restyle, etc.) were asked, assuming I wanted a dry cut when I actually needed a restyle. If only there had been a discussion about options and a request for clarification from the start. Now I'm stuck with a subpar, budget "graduated bob" due to poor communication and lack of attention to detail. A month later, I'm starting to resemble a young lad who can't afford a decent haircut, haha.
First time popping into this salon and I must say, it's the only one I'll be returning to. Jordiie made me feel so welcome and really went above and beyond to fix my hair, which was a disaster from a previous salon. I was thrilled with the final result. Big thanks to Crave!
