I deeply appreciate her expertise and dedication in easing the tension in my muscles across my back, chest, shoulder, and arm. She also pinpointed a recent wrist injury and provided immense relief. I've been receiving massages for 30 years, and she stands out. It's regrettable that I can't return due to travel. Highly recommended. I bought a grab one voucher that I never got to use. Therapist Sam did not answer my calls and would take days to reply to messages to try and organize an appointment. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything.
