Underwent waxing and lash treatments. The waxing was thorough and relatively painless. Lash application was painless too, but the technique seemed messy with visible glue clumps. While the lashes look good head-on, glue bits are noticeable.
The attendant was pleasant with good bedside manner, but I believe additional training and using a lash lamp would enhance her quality and expertise significantly. I hope my natural lashes haven't suffered much from this, but I guess you get what you pay for.About

The wax was too hot, kept breaking, and she used tweezers more than wax, making it very painful, especially during Brazilian. This one experience has put me off returning. When they introduced beauty treatments like lip fillers, I knew it was the perfect time to try it out. The experience was fantastic, the numbing cream worked well, and I only felt a slight pinch. Unfortunately the gel manicure that both my friend and I got was a real disappointment. I decided not to give this feedback in store as I didn’t feel comfortable nor wanted to provide this while two other customers were waiting for their service. The set up was odd - both of us were laying on a bed getting nails done, and my friends bed next to me was unstable to the point it fell back where she was literally laying flat on her back.. could of been worse if there was an actual injury. Something the beds do but why put people on them if this is the case.. it’s just asking for an accident to occur. My nail polish wasn’t applied right to the top of the nails. The lady had to go away and blow her nose a couple times and she had very shaky hands. From my friends feedback, her nails were still rough from not being filed properly. I feel like the service wasn’t worth the $70 so highly recommend to choose another organisation for this type of pamper treatment.
