I've been a loyal patron of your laser hair clinic for four years now, but recently, I was dismayed to find out that the clinic didn't notify me about my laser hair treatment package's expiry. Despite being a regular client with appointments every 6-8 weeks, I didn't receive any communication on this matter UNTIL I arrived for my next appointment and was asked to pay. My appointment got called off last minute, due to understandable reasons, but there was little flexibility in rescheduling or transferring our credit to cover the extra costs incurred by traveling to Christchurch for the one and only day they could reschedule to. Left with no alternatives before heading overseas. While the receptionist was friendly about it, I had hoped for some flexibility on the credit we had when the rescheduling was beyond my control.About

Incredible massage experience! I didn't catch her name, but judging by the reviews, she must be a true gem. I had scheduled a 1-hour session. She focused mainly on my shoulder, identifying stiffness from a surgery I had 3 years back. I deeply appreciate her expertise and dedication in easing the tension in my muscles across my back, chest, shoulder, and arm. She also pinpointed a recent wrist injury and provided immense relief. I've been receiving massages for 30 years, and she stands out. It's regrettable that I can't return due to travel. Highly recommended. I bought a grab one voucher that I never got to use. Therapist Sam did not answer my calls and would take days to reply to messages to try and organize an appointment. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything.
