During my appointment with Oral Hygienist Nikki, I felt her warmth, friendliness, relatability, and attentiveness to my needs. Nikki always explained her actions and patiently answered all my questions. The reception staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the practice was welcoming rather than anxiety-inducing.
