Every time I’ve visited this department store I’ve been surrounded by nothing but friendly and positive people who are kind and helpful. The woman at the fragrance section was incredibly informative even though we didn't buy anything that day. Whenever I need something quickly, it's always convenient to find what I'm looking for. Well Done.
Adore the new street outside, a lovely walk into a clean building. Fantastic layout and easy to locate what you need :) stairs, escalator, and an elevator! (Perfect for prams to navigate!!).
I have generally found the staff and service here excellent, with a good range of products to choose from.
