My appointment got called off last minute, due to understandable reasons, but there was little flexibility in rescheduling or transferring our credit to cover the extra costs incurred by traveling to Christchurch for the one and only day they could reschedule to. Left with no alternatives before heading overseas. While the receptionist was friendly about it, I had hoped for some flexibility on the credit we had when the rescheduling was beyond my control.
Service was top-notch, and VERY reasonably priced by global first world standards. The interior is stunning, particularly the bathrooms which you may find yourself using quite a bit in such a clinic. My technician was incredibly accommodating, kind, and most importantly, transparent about the services I was receiving and the business practices in place.
I highly recommend their services, expertise, friendliness, and overall ease I've experienced after using their laser service for the past 4 or so sessions. I found tremendous value in it, especially when they had a 50% off deal on a laser bundle that I ended up purchasing a couple of.
