After over a year without a salon visit, a professional named Charlie cut my hair and added layers to revive the curls. I am overjoyed with the outcome, and she provided valuable guidance on products and care. Many thanks indeed
Today, my child and I visited for a trim. We were attended to by a person who directed my child to their station. The outcome was disappointing as he failed to adhere to her wishes, which were simply to trim her waist-length, layered hair!! However, the result was hair that now barely reached her shoulder blades, cut straight across and with uneven ends when tied up. We are visitors here and she was so upset that I found her in tears in the restroom. It is imperative that he listens and communicates throughout the process!! We opted not to return as she was too distraught!! On the other hand, I had a delightful, knowledgeable stylist and it saddens me that my daughter did not have a similar experience. I am extremely let down; his performance was subpar. I urge you to improve, sir, as you have crushed the spirits of a young woman who took immense pride in her hair.
Today was a splendid day! The wonderful Liam washed and styled my hair. He was incredibly kind, considerate, and dedicated to his craft, making him the ideal professional! It was a fantastic visit for someone who hasn't been to a salon in quite some time. The entire team made it a seamless experience, and I look forward to Liam cutting my hair again in the future; he truly did an outstanding job!
