First thing,...I didn't go here for a haircut. Actually my friend and I were parking our motorcycles outside the shop. One of us dropped it on its side and the staff at Kiwi Cuts dropped everything and came running out to help. These people are awesome!!!!! Thanks for being so caring. When I'm back in Auckland, I'm coming here for a cut!!!!!
It would be great if you updated your hours when you decide to close an hour early, bit annoying when someone has driven into town, paid for parking and you're not open until 5:30 like it says online and on your door. Even if you are all off to PINK if that was the case.
My 7 year old wanted to go and get a fancy haircut. We saw Tina, and she listened to both myself and my child until we got a plan of what to do. She was patient and calm. Made such a fuss about him, it was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!!! Lovely clean atmosphere too. And spacious.
