I've been a loyal patron of your laser hair clinic for four years now, but recently, I was dismayed to find out that the clinic didn't notify me about my laser hair treatment package's expiry. Despite being a regular client with appointments every 6-8 weeks, I didn't receive any communication on this matter UNTIL I arrived for my next appointment and was asked to pay. This lack of communication has left me feeling disappointed and my laser hair package unused.
