My interaction with the Orthotic Department was overwhelmingly positive. The individual who assisted me upon my arrival was incredibly friendly and laid-back, making the entire process seamless. After introducing me to a different shoe type and explaining its advantages, he promptly ordered a pair for me. When the shoes arrived, I was scheduled for another appointment to collect them, which also proceeded smoothly. The entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable.
During a recent visit to the Orthotic Centre at Southland Hospital, I received outstanding and completely professional care. From the moment I walked in until the end of my appointment, I felt genuinely cared for. Hospital visits are not typically enjoyable, but when you receive treatment like I did, it's important to express gratitude.
This time everything fell into place perfectly, and the service was exceptional—I even received a pair of shoes. Follow-up visit: Everything went according to plan, flawless and prompt service, and most importantly, the staff were very pleasant.
