I've been a regular here for a year now for waxing, always highly recommended. But recently had a new lady who seemed inexperienced. The wax was too hot, kept breaking, and she used tweezers more than wax, making it very painful, especially during Brazilian. This one experience has put me off returning. My friends have also had similar experiences with this new staff member.
Absolutely fantastic! I had my first wax here, and the staff members were incredibly nice, smiling, and welcoming! The lady who waxed me was very kind, asked me questions, and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back again!
