Fei and the team at Project Physique in New Zealand are absolutely incredible. I felt truly heard and noticed a significant improvement in my skin, making me feel more confident.
Fei was exceptional and taught me so much during my visits. I always left feeling fantastic and am eagerly looking forward to more sessions.
Absolutely loved the infrared sauna experience, but was left feeling disappointed with the plasma pen treatments on my right upper eyelid that I received two years ago. I believe I was given poor advice, resulting in a scar running through my right upper eyelid from a car accident at age 15. Concerned about puffiness and a droop in my right eyelid, the photos taken after the initial treatment showed minimal improvement. Subsequent treatments did not have photos taken, and over time, my eyelid drooped even more. When I expressed my concerns to my therapist, she empathized in an email, mentioning she wanted to make things right. I was offered a slight discount on two additional treatments using the new age jet machine, but I declined.
