Underwent waxing and lash treatments. The waxing was thorough and relatively painless. Lash application was painless too, but the technique seemed messy with visible glue clumps. While the lashes look good head-on, glue bits are noticeable.
The attendant was pleasant with good bedside manner, but I believe additional training and using a lash lamp would enhance her quality and expertise significantly. I hope my natural lashes haven't suffered much from this, but I guess you get what you pay for.About

Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind. Would rate zero stars if able. Requested a number 2 shave on the sides and a slight tidy on top. However, the barber proceeded to chop random chunks from the top, varying in length from half an inch to 2 inches, and butchered the sides. Due to anxiety, my partner found it hard to speak up but was left devastated. Upon requesting a refund, they insisted on attempting to "fix" it, resulting in the top hair being cut even shorter! It looked awful (refund was given). This incident led to my partner crying, a rare sight. To the barber responsible for the disastrous haircut, own up to your mistake next time instead of appearing smug. If you can't do the job properly, you shouldn't be allowed near anyone's hair.
