Would rate zero stars if able. Requested a number 2 shave on the sides and a slight tidy on top. However, the barber proceeded to chop random chunks from the top, varying in length from half an inch to 2 inches, and butchered the sides. Due to anxiety, my partner found it hard to speak up but was left devastated. Upon requesting a refund, they insisted on attempting to "fix" it, resulting in the top hair being cut even shorter! It looked awful (refund was given). This incident led to my partner crying, a rare sight. To the barber responsible for the disastrous haircut, own up to your mistake next time instead of appearing smug. If you can't do the job properly, you shouldn't be allowed near anyone's hair. The wax was too hot, kept breaking, and she used tweezers more than wax, making it very painful, especially during Brazilian. This one experience has put me off returning. Purchased an eye trio here, being a ginger, I phoned ahead to confirm if they could accommodate redheads, they assured me they could. Upon arrival, I requested a subtle enhancement with some red hue. Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind. Unfortunately the gel manicure that both my friend and I got was a real disappointment. I decided not to give this feedback in store as I didn’t feel comfortable nor wanted to provide this while two other customers were waiting for their service. The set up was odd - both of us were laying on a bed getting nails done, and my friends bed next to me was unstable to the point it fell back where she was literally laying flat on her back.. could of been worse if there was an actual injury. The lady had to go away and blow her nose a couple times and she had very shaky hands. From my friends feedback, her nails were still rough from not being filed properly. I feel like the service wasn’t worth the $70 so highly recommend to choose another organisation for this type of pamper treatment.
