I've been consulting with Cheng for the past few months for symptoms related to Graves’ disease hyperthyroidism and anxiety. Cheng is a very empathetic and understanding practitioner, and I've seen great improvements in my sleep and mood. Today, I experienced immediate relief from persistent muscular pain in my hip and lower back after my session. I plan to continue my treatments and highly recommend him to everyone. Purchased an eye trio here, being a ginger, I phoned ahead to confirm if they could accommodate redheads, they assured me they could. Upon arrival, I requested a subtle enhancement with some red hue. Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind. She focused mainly on my shoulder, identifying stiffness from a surgery I had 3 years back. I deeply appreciate her expertise and dedication in easing the tension in my muscles across my back, chest, shoulder, and arm. She also pinpointed a recent wrist injury and provided immense relief. I've been receiving massages for 30 years, and she stands out. It's regrettable that I can't return due to travel. Highly recommended. I bought a grab one voucher that I never got to use. Therapist Sam did not answer my calls and would take days to reply to messages to try and organize an appointment. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything. Just to be clear I got both a pregnancy massage and a gel manicure and 4⭐️ for the pregnancy massage. It was an experience that was relaxing.
Unfortunately the gel manicure that both my friend and I got was a real disappointment. I decided not to give this feedback in store as I didn’t feel comfortable nor wanted to provide this while two other customers were waiting for their service. The set up was odd - both of us were laying on a bed getting nails done, and my friends bed next to me was unstable to the point it fell back where she was literally laying flat on her back.. could of been worse if there was an actual injury. Something the beds do but why put people on them if this is the case.. it’s just asking for an accident to occur. My nail polish wasn’t applied right to the top of the nails. The lady had to go away and blow her nose a couple times and she had very shaky hands. From my friends feedback, her nails were still rough from not being filed properly. I feel like the service wasn’t worth the $70 so highly recommend to choose another organisation for this type of pamper treatment.
