Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls.
