I'm not content with the work done on my nails by Isla today 5/12/2023 at 11am despite my continuous feedback about the shaping errors not being rectified properly and in fact worsened. I cannot accept this set today and will seek another place to have them corrected. I was informed that the shaping issues were due to my fingers being uneven, which is untrue and made me question if Isla lacked updated shaping skills. Why deceive me instead of just fixing it, as that's what I'm paying for? As you can see, my nails are uneven in length, the shaping is inconsistent, and the French tips are uneven, with the middle finger having an extension that is too bulky. I have been getting my nails done for years consistently and have never had an experience like today. I am dissatisfied with what I paid for and still have to pay for them to be redone and fixed. Underwent waxing and lash treatments. The waxing was thorough and relatively painless. Lash application was painless too, but the technique seemed messy with visible glue clumps. While the lashes look good head-on, glue bits are noticeable.
The attendant was pleasant with good bedside manner, but I believe additional training and using a lash lamp would enhance her quality and expertise significantly. I hope my natural lashes haven't suffered much from this, but I guess you get what you pay for.About

Purchased an eye trio here, being a ginger, I phoned ahead to confirm if they could accommodate redheads, they assured me they could. Upon arrival, I requested a subtle enhancement with some red hue. Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind.
