I've been coming here since 2022 for my lash appointments, and every time I leave with amazing, consistent results. When they introduced beauty treatments like lip fillers, I knew it was the perfect time to try it out. The experience was fantastic, the numbing cream worked well, and I only felt a slight pinch. The ladies here are so kind, the workspace has a wonderful atmosphere, and it always smells lovely. I am absolutely thrilled with my lips! Left with no alternatives before heading overseas. While the receptionist was friendly about it, I had hoped for some flexibility on the credit we had when the rescheduling was beyond my control.About

Purchased an eye trio here, being a ginger, I phoned ahead to confirm if they could accommodate redheads, they assured me they could. Upon arrival, I requested a subtle enhancement with some red hue. Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind. She focused mainly on my shoulder, identifying stiffness from a surgery I had 3 years back. I deeply appreciate her expertise and dedication in easing the tension in my muscles across my back, chest, shoulder, and arm. She also pinpointed a recent wrist injury and provided immense relief. I've been receiving massages for 30 years, and she stands out. It's regrettable that I can't return due to travel. Highly recommended. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything.
