I've been a loyal patron of your laser hair clinic for four years now, but recently, I was dismayed to find out that the clinic didn't notify me about my laser hair treatment package's expiry. Despite being a regular client with appointments every 6-8 weeks, I didn't receive any communication on this matter UNTIL I arrived for my next appointment and was asked to pay. Purchased an eye trio here, being a ginger, I phoned ahead to confirm if they could accommodate redheads, they assured me they could. Upon arrival, I requested a subtle enhancement with some red hue. Unfortunately, I ended up with dark brown brows, reminiscent of Daenerys Targaryen from season 2 of "Game of Thrones." It was quite distressing. The stark contrast against my fair complexion and ginger locks was not what I had in mind. She really tuned in to my needs and knew precisely what my hair required - the colour turned out stunning, and the cut was spot on. Balayage was new to me, so I needed an expert, and Kim definitely fits the bill (she mentioned she's got 25 years under her belt). I've tested out many of the well-known salons in the area, but now I'm a loyal Mēraki client.
