I received a deep tissue massage on 6th March from Olivia King. I work in an office setting and am typing on the computer for over 8 to 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. I visited Muscle Mechanics because I had issues with "frozen shoulders" and neck muscles that would often seize up. After the treatment, I felt so relaxed and the tightness was gone. There was definitely some soreness the next day, but it was manageable and expected.
